Cutting, stitching, sublimation, embroidery and print are handled in-house, so construction and branding stay under one roof rather than moving between subcontractors.

Our capabilities

04  From concept to production

Eleven stages between
a brief and a carton.

Each stage has a defined output, and the approved sample is the reference every bulk garment is measured against.

The full process
  1. 01

    Brief

You send what you have: a sketch, a tech pack, a reference garment, a photograph, or just a description and a quantity. We come back with what is missing before quoting, not after.

  2. 02

    Product development

We read the construction: seam types, panel count, closures, trims, and how the branding has to sit. Where a reference exists, we work back to a specification that can be cut and sewn repeatably.

  3. 03

    Material selection

Fabric is chosen for the end use: weight, composition, stretch, hand feel and finish. We send options with swatches so the choice is made on the material, not on a description of it.

  4. 04

    Pattern & sampling

Patterns are graded and a sample is produced in the actual fabric and construction. This is the garment that gets judged, not a mock-up.

  5. 05

    Approval

You review fit, colour, print position and trims. Comments come back, the sample is corrected, and the approved piece becomes the reference every bulk garment is measured against.

  6. 06

    Cutting

Markers are planned to the approved pattern and fabric is cut in lays, so panels stay consistent across the run rather than drifting size to size.

  7. 07

    Printing & embroidery

Sublimation prints graphics into the fabric before assembly, so nothing cracks or peels. Embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and cut vinyl are applied where the design calls for them.

  8. 08

    Stitching

Garments are assembled in-house against the approved construction. The seam types, stitch density and finishing are the ones signed off at sample stage.

  9. 09

    Quality control

Pieces are inspected and measured against the approved sample. Anything outside tolerance is pulled and corrected before it reaches packing.

  10. 10

    Packing

Folded, bagged and cartoned to your requirement, including your own labels, hang tags and polybag artwork where the programme calls for it.

  11. 11

    Export

Cartons are marked and documented for shipment. Freight method and terms are agreed per order rather than assumed.

06   Product development

Bring us your idea.

Most projects do not start with a finished tech pack. They start with a reference, a rough drawing or a garment someone already owns. That is enough to begin.

  • A sketch or hand drawing
  • A tech pack
  • A reference product or photograph
  • A physical sample garment
  • Measurements or a size set
  • Fabric requirements
  • Brand guidelines and artwork

We review the construction, materials, branding and specifications, and develop a production solution around your requirements. Reference-based development means building to your specification. We do not reproduce another company’s trademarked designs or branding.

07  How brands work with us

Your brand.
Our manufacturing.

08  Where the product is made

What happens under our own roof.

These are the processes we run ourselves. If a project needs a process outside this list, we will tell you.

Inside the factory
The stitching line at Drain Sport, with machinists assembling garments at overlock machines
  • Straight-knife cutter going through a lay of fabric on the cutting table

    01

    Cutting

Marker planning and fabric cutting against the approved pattern, so every panel in a run is repeatable.

  • Machinist guiding a seam under the needle on the stitching floor

    02

    Stitching

Garment assembly in-house. The construction, seam types and finishing are controlled on our own floor, not subcontracted.

  • Large-format sublimation printer running printed garment panels

    03

    Sublimation Printing

All-over dye sublimation for kits and performance wear. Graphics are printed into the fabric, so they will not crack or peel.

  • Close-up of hand-sewn bullion wire embroidery on a finished badge

    Finished hand-embroidered badge

    04

    Embroidery

Digitised embroidery for logos, crests, team names and numbers, on flat panels and finished garments.

  • Heat press applying a transfer to a garment

    05

Screen Print, Heat Transfer & Vinyl

Flat printing and applied graphics: screen print, heat transfer and cut vinyl for names, numbers and sponsor marks.

  • Finished garments being folded and bagged for packing

    06

    Quality Control & Packing

Inspection and measurement against the approved sample before garments are folded, bagged and packed for export.

Workwear & Safety

Built for
the shift.

Industrial workwear, hi-vis safety garments and medical scrubs. Visibility class, reflective layout and reinforcement are specified to the working environment. We produce to the standard you nominate.

09  Getting it to you

Manufacturing from Sialkot.
Shipping worldwide.

Sialkot has made sports goods and apparel for export for over a century, and the freight infrastructure around it reflects that. Method and terms are agreed per order rather than assumed.

  • Export-ready packing

Garments folded, bagged and cartoned to your specification, with your own labels and hang tags where the programme calls for them.

  • Air freight

Used where a launch date or a sampling round has to move quickly and the volume justifies the cost.

  • Sea freight

The normal route for bulk. Slower and materially cheaper per unit as order size grows.
