An apparel factory
in Sialkot.
Drain Sport has manufactured apparel in Sialkot, Pakistan since 2016. We make garments for brands, clubs, distributors and private-label programmes, and we do the cutting and stitching ourselves.
The short version
Sialkot has made sports goods and apparel for export for well over a century. It is a city built around a supply chain. Fabric, trims, machinery and skilled labour are local, which is why so much of the world’s teamwear starts here.
We sit in that supply chain as a manufacturer rather than a trading house. The distinction matters commercially: when cutting, decoration and assembly happen on one floor, a fault found at stitching can be traced back to cutting the same day, instead of across three subcontractors and a week of emails.
The range has widened over time. It started in sportswear and teamwear, and now covers activewear, casualwear, outerwear, snow product, industrial workwear, hi-vis safety garments and medical scrubs. All of it has been sampled, photographed and produced, and all of it is in the catalogue.

These are the only figures we publish. Headcount, floor area, machine counts, monthly capacity and export volumes are not listed because they have not been verified, and we would rather not give you a number we cannot stand behind.

We would rather ask than assume
Every gap left in a specification becomes a decision made on the cutting floor by someone who has never spoken to you. We raise those before quoting, not after.

The approved sample is the contract
Once you sign off a sample it stops being a prototype. Bulk is measured against it, and anything outside tolerance is corrected before packing.

We say what we do not do
If a project needs a process we do not run, we will tell you it is being subcontracted. If a request crosses into reproducing someone else’s branding, we will say no.

No numbers we cannot stand behind
We only publish figures we can back up. Ask about anything else and we will answer directly.
