Where the
product begins.
Sialkot has manufactured sports goods and apparel for export for well over a century. Our floor sits in that supply chain, and these are the processes we run on it ourselves.

Cutting
Marker planning and fabric cutting against the approved pattern, so every panel in a run is repeatable.

Stitching
Garment assembly in-house. The construction, seam types and finishing are controlled on our own floor, not subcontracted.

Sublimation Printing
All-over dye sublimation for kits and performance wear. Graphics are printed into the fabric, so they will not crack or peel.
Finished hand-embroidered badge

Embroidery
Digitised embroidery for logos, crests, team names and numbers, on flat panels and finished garments.

Screen Print, Heat Transfer & Vinyl
Flat printing and applied graphics: screen print, heat transfer and cut vinyl for names, numbers and sponsor marks.

Quality Control & Packing
Inspection and measurement against the approved sample before garments are folded, bagged and packed for export.
This list is deliberately short. We have not added machine counts, floor area, headcount or capacity figures, because those numbers have not been verified and publishing unverified ones would tell you nothing you could rely on.

Work With Our Factory- Do you actually cut and sew, or do you broker?
- We cut and sew. Cutting, stitching, sublimation, embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, vinyl, inspection and packing are run in-house. If a project needs something outside that list we will tell you it is being subcontracted rather than let you assume otherwise.
- Can I visit?
- Yes. Buyers are welcome to visit the facility in Sialkot. Get in touch and we will arrange it around your travel.
- Can you send factory photographs or video?
- There is film of the floor at the top of this page. For anything more specific, such as a particular machine, a process, or work in progress on an order like yours, ask and we will record it and send it.
- Do you hold certifications?
- We have not published certification claims on this site. If your procurement process requires specific certification or audit documentation, ask and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot provide.
