Terms
The basis we work on.
What this website is, what a quotation means, and where we stand on designs and references.
This site is a catalogue, not a shop
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Products are shown to illustrate what we manufacture. Prices, minimum quantities and lead times are quoted per project, in writing, once a specification is settled.
Product photography shows samples we have produced. Colour reproduction varies between screens, and production colour is matched to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch rather than to an image on this site.
Quotations
A quotation is based on the specification supplied at the time. If the specification changes (fabric, construction, quantity, colourways, decoration or packaging), the quotation changes with it.
Where a specification is incomplete, we will say what is missing rather than quote around it.
Your designs and artwork
Designs, patterns, artwork and specifications you send us remain yours. We use them to develop and manufacture your product and for no other purpose.
You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork and references you send, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s trademark or copyright.
Reference-based development
We develop products to your specification, including from a reference garment you supply. We do not reproduce other companies’ trademarked designs, logos or branding, and we do not claim affiliation with any brand we do not have a relationship with.
Where a request would require producing counterfeit or infringing goods, we will decline it.

Questions about these terms go to info@drainsport.com.
These terms describe how we work. They are not a substitute for the contract or purchase order governing a specific order, and they have not been reviewed by a lawyer. Terms of sale for an actual order are agreed in writing at the time.
