What we do with your information.
Short, because there is not much to say. We take enquiries, we answer them, and we do not do anything else with your details.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form or contact us, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, and the details of your enquiry, along with any files you attach.
We do not run advertising trackers, and no analytics or marketing scripts are loaded on this site at present. If that changes, this page will be updated before they are added.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an order, to manufacture and ship it. That is the only purpose.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.
Files you send us
Artwork, tech packs and reference images are used to develop and produce your product. They remain yours.
We do not publish customer artwork or finished product on this site or on social media without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and project files are kept while the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a repeat order can be matched to the original specification.
If you would like your details or files removed, email us and we will do it.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing on it requires a consent banner at the time of writing.
